Backline requires OS X 10.5 ?

Hi,
I've downloaded Backline_v1875 but the application doesn't start on my MacBook with OS X 10.4.11. It runs fine on another iMac with 10.5.6.
Will 10.4 be supported in the future ?

Doubtful. There are pieces of the Effects Manager that are Leopard only - specifically the Smart Groups take advantage of the "predicate editor" in Leopard. There's a couple of other dependencies on Leopard but I can't remember specifically what they are right now...
