cannot upload from iPhone to iTunes

Hi,
When I try to share my AIFF files by sending to iTunes - I get the message:
A file error occurred
Creating a file failed because the file or directory was not found.
Anyone have a solution?

Your error is likely the result of slashes "/" lurking in your recording title(s).
